What attracted you most about the Retainers For Life Program?
It was one of those situations were I had been living in a state of denial, just not sure what was going wrong for years. I couldn't quite pin-point precisely why or how best to solve all the problems I was having with retainers. We tried a program of our own but honestly it was a lot more work than I thought, I kept thinking "why is this not working". My staff were stressed with the added workload as they were constantly dealing with lost retainers. When I saw an email from Retainers For Life, I figured I owed it to my staff to look for answers to our growing retainer headaches. |
What problems have you been able to solve with this program?
I always like to tell my colleagues that Retainers For Life was the missing link, as it was born inside the orthodontic office of Dr. Amy Jackson. It works because she lived and breathed all the retainer headaches I was having, and was able to pin point the problems that allowed her to build a company to accurately and efficiently eliminate those retainer issues.
What surprised you most about the program?
It couldn't have been easier, they have an amazing crew who really listen, there's a Discovery call with what they call an Integration Specialist, whose sole job is to listen to my needs. They act as the project manager to integrate this program into my practice. Its been a very long time since I have seen an outside company come into my practice and blend so perfectly with our people, our systems and how we want the program to work inside our practice. |
The program is powerful in of itself, but I believe this customization is what will truly make this company the new norm for retainers. I was especially surprised by the full marketing team who swooped in and produced some really amazing marketing materials that is customized just for me, AND that's just part of the service!
