You can even choose to have us supply your end of treatment retainer for free (program features are customizable). Patients pay a one-time smile protection fee of $440 per arch (before in-house discount) that gives them access to $39 replacement retainers for life. To order a retainer they simply log on to our online platform, place an order, and it is delivered directly to their door within 5 business days.
