STEP 1 REGISTER BELOW All Smile For A Lifetime doctors will be granted access free of charge to the Retainers For Life portal to upload the Smile For A Lifetime patients scan. Registering will allow us to set up the needed access to be able to enroll your Smile For A Lifetime patient. |
STEP 2 EASY ONBOARDING Once you are registered, our Integration Specialists will connect with you to review how to gift this membership to your Smile For A Lifetime patients. Our team of experts will walk you through and connect with you to offer any answers or support you need. |
STEP 3 ENROLL PATIENTS Once you are registered you will be given full access to our patient enrollment dashboard. Simply enroll your Smile For A Lifetime patient to receive the end of treatment retainer delivered to your practice or directly to the patients mailbox. |
