Big warm welcome Webb Orthodontics,
I was asked to share a photo and write a little about myself for this Newsletter. First I looked for a really nice photoshopped photo of myself so I could make a really good impression, only to quickly realize if you ever meet me in real life you would be disappointed:-) I want to share the real me with you....so a Down & Dirty mud run girl is who I really am, raw, real and a wee bit on the crazy Irish side...ok a big bit! I have the privilege of building the company from the ground up as COO and Head of Marketing. What I LOVE most, is building a company to really care, creating a culture of empowerment and supporting all those who are a part of it with everything they need to be successful. My focus is YOU, building a company for you and your patients. My goal is to make you proud to say yes, I work with Retainers For Life! 
I’m Amanda, Retainers for Life Administrator, Customer Service extraordinaire, professional mom, which makes me most days a psychologist, nurse, teacher, friend, chauffeur, chef, cheerleader, referee and professional screamer. (The screaming part is probably because I am a Puerto Rican/Italian girl) Don’t believe me? Ask my kids 😉... but let me tell you about my passion.
I am passionate about building caring companies, seeing it grow and change people’s lives. There is nothing better than a company that cares about others and I have found my perfect fit at Retainers For Life! I work with the best team, they are truly an amazing group. Hello lovely people! Let me tell you a little about myself. Unlike our amazing Lorraine & Amanda, I’m equipped with two left feet & NO coordination! I consider myself a bit of a mad scientist with a techy edge creating things whether it be art, writing, digital or art for the professional soul! This picture really gives you a picture of me everyday, as I love glam & at times I throw some crazy color in my hair to spice it up! You also see my gloves in the backseat & Legend’s toy. Our family joke is how many boxes does JD have to unload whenever I drive my car. I have a hilarious son Legend James who is full of personality and lives up to his name, you are welcome to find us on Facebook to see his funny antics!
When Retainers for Life started inside of our ortho office, we knew we hit something special when it changed the dynamic of our practice. I attribute who we are now & our exponential growth to our flexibility and hunger to improve. As an Integration Specialist & Innovation Officer I am able to study your practice DNA and that is something that I LOVE to do! We all are here to help you every bit of the way. When I met your team, I instantly fell in love with your openness and how amazing you each are. I have to say, YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!!! Thank you for the privilege! 
I’m Victoria, one of your Integration Specialists. I enjoy all things outdoors! I enjoy bike-a-thons and I have run 2 marathons. Whenever everything opens back up, I will start training for my third (but not a second before that!). I graduated from the University of Texas with a BSA in Chemistry – Hook ‘em! I live in Rockport, Texas, and we do a lot of fishing down here. I have 2 fur babies, a cat and dog named Tiffany and Otto.
I love all things orthodontics, and I am extremely passionate about what I do. A beautiful smile can change a life and I’m a firm believer in that. I am one of 4 girls in my family, and I have a twin. I am extremely close with my sisters and my family, because family is unbelievably important to me. That’s why I am so proud to be a part of Retainers For Life, because here we consider each other family. I am here to help you in any way I can, because I care. I am so excited to have you as a part of our family!

Hi! My name is Allie and I’m so excited to be the newest addition to the Retainers for Life team. As your Marketing Associate, I look forward to using my creative skills to help build the RFL brand and keep you up to date as we grow together! I recently graduated from Temple University with a BFA in graphic and interactive design and I love all things art! I'm also a huge city girl, foodie, and dog lover (as you can see in the photo of my dogs swimming!). We're so excited to have you on board and I look forward to working with you!

Prevent Child Abuse America is the nation’s oldest and largest organization committed to preventing child abuse and neglect before it happens. We promote programs and resources informed by science that enable kids, families, and entire communities to thrive—today, tomorrow, and for generations to come.
This month we're teaming up with YOU to make a donation to help kids and prevent child abuse! For each membership you sign up during the month of August we will donate $3 to Prevent Child Abuse America and next month we'll report back how much we raised to help prevent child abuse and neglect.
