RETAINERS FOR LIFE PLUS
Your partnership gives patients two ways to protect their smiles:
1. The Smile Protection Plan (Membership): Gives patients access to wholesale-priced replacement retainers shipped directly to their home.
2. Pay As You Go: A non-membership option for patients to order replacement retainers as needed for home delivery.
Treatment-Included Enrollments ("YES" at Consultation): No retainer is included with these Dual Arch memberships. The practice is invoiced for the enrollment across 3 agreed-upon intervals. End-of-Treatment retainers must be produced using your chosen vendor OR ordered via the Lab Order form on the RFL dashboard at least 2 weeks prior to debond. All Lab Order retainers are shipped directly to the practice for delivery.
Enrollments During Treatment or in Retention: The Smile Protection Plan includes one retainer per enrolled arch. This retainer is considered their "Back-Up" retainer and will be shipped directly to the patient.
